ONE MORE STEP...
The CA Supreme Court has agreed to hear lawsuits to overturn Prop 8!! No waiting for another election year and another popular vote. This will be decided within a year. Hearings will begin as early as March.
My boss had lunch with Governor Schwarzenegger, who fully supports same-sex marriage in CA, this past Saturday and he told him the continuous rallies and marches against Prop 8 have had a major impact on the state. In an era of apathy that is a wonderful thing to hear. We can make a difference, and we have. I think we should all camp outside the courthouse from beginning to end of the trial. Anyone without a tent can bunk with me.
We shall overcome.
